Peace Torch Buddy Relay

Last week the Peace Torch came to visit our school.

The Peace Run is a global relay that seeks to promote international friendship and understanding. Since 1987 the Run has traversed over 100 nations and touched the lives of millions of people. Formerly known as The World Harmony Run, The Peace Run does not seek to raise money or highlight any political cause, but simply strives to create goodwill among peoples of all nations.

What a great idea to make Peace Torches and what a great experience it was for us all to have the Peace Torch and the International Runners, visit our school.
It is wonderful to see you working with your buddies and that you were all inspired to make your own peace torches and to keep spreading the message of peace throughout our school.

    Bonjour 3R
I am in Bruxelles (or Brussels) which is in Belgium. Everybody speaks at least two languages (French and Flemish) if not three (English). We came by train from Lille in France. It only took half an hour to get to another country. Tomorrow we are going to Amsterdam by train and then only three more sleeps until Australia!
Can’t wait to see you all and get back to school!
